Frames are solid
beech. Critical seat joints are double doweled and reinforced
with finger jointed, mechanically fastened corner blocks.

Seat comfort is achieved by high resiliency foam over polyester
web construction. All seat cushions extend beyond the seat
frame for ease of maintenance. Upholstered backs of Queen
Anne and Chippendale chairs have extra foam to further enhance
comfort.
